First you need to create new Template. To create header template you need to go to Dashboard > Templates > Header You can choose Header or Footer but in this case you are creating Header.

Ater creating Template, click Edit with Elementor and continue editing that. Go to Widgets and you will see Crumble Site Tab. Just drag and drop anything you want to set on header.

When header is done just click save/update, and go to Crumble > Theme Options > Header and select the header template.
